Vistair Systems, a leading provider of aviation Document and Safety Management solutions, further strengthens customer relations with appointment of Joe Kuczynski as Customer Success Director.
The Customer Success Director is a new global role within Vistair, established to reflect and further enhance Vistairs strong focus and investment in its customers.
Joe brings a wealth of experience to the role, having previously spent 5 years at KPMG where he managed relationships with large corporates across sectors including Aerospace & Defence and worked with key stakeholders to support business growth and customer engagement.

Based out of our Head Office in Bristol, Joe will be responsible for helping Vistair continue to lead the industry in the way it approaches customer success and building on existing partnerships with over 40 airlines and defence organisations around the globe. Joe will work closely with technical and operational teams at Vistair to help co-ordinate solutions and deliver value to the Vistair customer base.
